Terms and Conditions for The Poo Crew Scooping Services
Service Scope and Pricing
a. Our pricing is based on the scope of work outlined in the initial agreement. If the scope of work changes (e.g., additional dogs, larger yard area, or extra services requested), the price may be adjusted accordingly.
b. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify pricing or service packages at any time with prior notice.Inclement Weather and Dangerous Conditions
a. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to inclement weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, snow, or extreme temperatures.
b. In the event of dangerous yard conditions, such as frozen ground, excessive mud, or any other hazardous circumstances, we may refuse to perform services for safety reasons. Clients will be notified in advance if a service cancellation or rescheduling is necessary.Clean and Prepared Yard Requirement
a. For us to perform a thorough and effective scooping service, the yard must be accessible, clean, and free of obstacles such as debris, excessive branches, or other items that might impede our work.
b. If the yard is not prepared for the service, we may not be able to complete the job to our usual standard, and clients will be charged for the visit even if the service is incomplete.
c. Clients are responsible for ensuring the yard is accessible (gates unlocked, dogs contained, etc.) at the time of service.Service Frequency and Access
a. Services are scheduled based on the frequency selected (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly). If the frequency of services changes or additional visits are requested, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing accordingly.
b. Clients are required to provide access to the yard during scheduled service times. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge for rescheduling or a missed service fee.Payment and Billing
a. Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent at the completion of each service or on a regular billing schedule.
b. If payment is not received within 14 days, services may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
c. We accept payments through ACH transfer and all major cards.Liability and Safety
a. The company is not liable for any damage caused to the property or yard during the performance of services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
b. The company is not responsible for any injuries to pets or individuals that occur as a result of services provided.
c. We take precautions to ensure the safety of your pets, but we cannot be held responsible for any pet-related incidents during or after the service.Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
b. Refunds will not be issued for services rendered, but we will work to resolve any service-related issues as promptly as possible.Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. The company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in writing.Termination of Service
a. Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice.
b. If the client terminates the agreement before the completion of services, payment for services rendered up to the point of termination will still be due.
